You should be able to get into that character that likes the other person. I also feel that some of the actor/actresses start to really fall in love with the other person on set. Do you see some of the couples out there that get together after a movie and then break up. Maybe its because really hits them and there not the person they thought they were in love with. If you had some other type of ordinary job sometimes you are forced to work with people you don't like. But you still have to work and you have to do your job well. Not getting along with someone if the work place can not effect your work ethics. Acting is the same way. It is just like any other job, even if they don't like someone they can't allow it to effect their work. Acting is a job.
